Luke Rose did a wonderful job...he listened to our needs and provided above and beyond great customer service. He was very knowledgeable and ensured we understood the functionality of our new garage door opener plus provided excellent assessment of our garage door and made sound recommendations. This is not the first time we have utilized your services and it certainly will not be the last. Our subdivision had a power outage yesterday that lasted over 4 hours. We manually opened our garage door without power and went to our daughters house for dinner and cool AC comfort. When we returned home the power was back on so I tried the door opener and smoke escaped from the opener. We thought it was trashed since the system was installed in 2006. Called your office this morning and as promised your fine technician Isak Zenkic arrived as promised a few hours later. What a fine gentleman with a terrific attitude. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us the good news. He said it was an easy fix and we would not have to replace the entire system. Fantastic service. Also, it was wonderful to hear how much he loved your company and his job, HOW REFRESHING. We have recommend your company to several neighbors and will continue doing so. Absolutely the best of all possible service!! I called at 1:30PM on Sunday to schedule an appointment - which I supposed would be later in the week. To my surprise, Orion Mancini called to say he was on they way and arrived a couple of hours later - on that same Sunday! Not only did Orion provided me a written estimate and keep me informed as the worked progressed, but he had everything he needed on the truck. By 6PM the garage door was once again operational. He quickly figured out what we needed, gave us several options price wise and was very honest in his assessment of what we should do.
