Precision garage door installed new impact rated garage doors and new openers. Very happy with the doors and motors. We had an issue with our shaft drive garage door opener and Chris McVeigh came by to get it fixed and made the process very easy. I would recommend using them. Great to have them stand behind their product and send someone the same day.

Spring on garage door broke in afternoon and was able to schedule repair online for next morning. Had follow-up from staff that evening to make sure they had all the information needed. Joshua Hink arrived on time and was able to repair springs quickly while also pointing out additional items that will need to be taken care of in the future. Extremely professional technician. Very easy to schedule an appointment. Technician was here within the designated timeframe which we were provided. His customer service was exceptional. He educated us throughout the process of what needed to be done and what he was going to do. This is our third time of using this company and will continue to do so as they set the bar for customer service.

When I was comparing door installation firms, I asked each of them to provide me with as much detail as possible. Specifically, I asked for the manufacturer the door. The gauge of the metal used what kind of insulation material, the R value, the wind rating, etc, etc. Precision was the only firm that was able to provide me with all of the specifics that I was looking for right during the estimate phase. Other people I had to chase down for the information. Precision was competitively priced, in fact, a little bit lower than other quotes, and the level of the workmanship is truly outstanding. I have a background in construction and a background in performing inspections. So I stood by and just watched the installers work. I was very impressed by the quality of the workmanship and by the meticulous attention to detail. I am very, very pleased.
