My experience with Precision Garage Door Service was great from beginning to end. It was easy to make an appointment online for next day service. The gentleman that came out was on time and thoroughly reviewed my system. Once the problems were noted, he installed a new garage door opener to me and servicing my garage door. He explained in detail all that I needed to know about the system. I was very impressed with the service.

Mike did a great job replacing the broken tension spring. he informed me of parts that were functioning but the records showed 10 years old. No sales pitch just information. I would call Precision and ask for Mike and recommend in the future.

Having your garage door stop functioning mid week is less than ideal. THANKFULLY we reached out to Precision Garage Door. It was an easy process to set up a time to have someone come out to assess what needed to be done. Chris McVeigh was out technician. He was quick, kind, and straightforward. We didn’t feel pressured into anything, only well informed. He was super professional, and made us feel comfortable with what was going on. When day of repairs came Chris was on time, kept us informed, and very approachable with questions. We are so thankful for the company, but Chris made an otherwise crappy experience one of ease! $1100 is what they charged me for about $200 in parts and 30 minutes of labor. They installed the cheapest possible 1/2 hp motor which is too weak and struggles to get the garage door open. Find a small local business, not one of these scummy large national chains. Your wallet will thank you.
