Great service, my garage door springs broke on friday night and they were out here 8:00am saturday morning to fix them. I could have called skeeter and his fly by night van to do it for half the cost but then no warranty and thats even if he SHOWS UP! You definately get what youpay what you get for. I know with the installation comes with a warranty and they are available literally 24 hours a day if needed. Dont cheap out folks!

Braxton was our technician. He was on time. He communicated with us exactly as we requested (phone call and text to provide exact ETA). He was very detailed in explaining all repairs options to us and performed the repairs promptly, thoroughly, and professionally. He went out of his way to accommodate our weird "visiting from out of town" schedule to make sure we were happy with every aspect of his work. Very importantly, Precision was able to come as quickly as we needed them and they DIDN'T CHARGE a service fee for the visit. We just paid for the work/parts needed to fix our issue. Both Braxton and the company are highly recommended!

Precision has been the only company I have used for the initial garage door and all repairs. They are so quick to come out when needed, and you don't have to wait days for parts because everything is in the truck to finish the job. The best part is everyone is so nice to work with.

I had used your company in the past when I had an issue with the garage door. That work was excellent, so when I had a new issue occur I immediately set up an appointment. I received same day service when I heard a bang from the garage door motor upon opening or closing. Door would not come down to the garage floor leaving a small opening. Cameron quickly identified the issue to be the motor on the 10 year old Linear motor. Within an hour and a half, a new Genie opener was installed. This seems to be an upgrade to the previous Linear and is Wi-Fi enabled. Precision will always be my first choice for service and/or replacement.

This is the second time we’ve used Precision Garage Doors. As repeat customers, we absolutely recommend them. Chris McVeigh was awesome! He came to our house on a Saturday afternoon and reviewed our options to repair or replace our 12 year old garage door opener. He offered to stay and work on it that night! We spared him of that and he came back the next morning (on a Sunday) and replaced our garage door opener with a shiny new belt drive (amazingly quiet) Genie. I had to leave during the install, and while I was gone, he programmed my husband’s vehicle to the new opener, but when I got home (after Chris left), hubby and I couldn’t get my car programmed. I texted Chris to see if he had any tips, and he CAME BACK and programmed my vehicle. How’s that for service???!!! Super appreciated - thank you so much, Chris!

This organization were quintessential professionals from our initial interaction with sales all the way through customer service to installation. I had a difficult time making a decision on the wood look or a painted door and our sales representative, I’m not sure of her name but I think it was Ashley, was amazingly patient, provided all kinds of places I could ride around to look at ideas, and in the end she gave me some really good advice. The installation was very efficient and the young man was thorough and well versed in providing instructions. No surprise here why Precision was recommended to me by my neighbor and why I feel they are number one, at least in my book! Thank you to all.

Followup diagnostic visit recommended new motor for the garage opener. Once the second tech listened to the motor, remote, sensors, switch all were replaced. Wow you can bearly hear the doors open now. We had a SUNDAY morning service call. We were given followup appointment reminders and updates as to when the tech was on his way. The repair was well within our budget. The tech was informing us thru the repairs and very thorough.
