After having an issue with my garage door parts breaking shortly after being fixed, Precision came out and replaced the parts that had already been replaced to make my door work without anymore issues. This was the second time I needed to call a garage service company and the second time I called Precision Door Service. My first experience was great, no stress, people arrived on time and were courteous, friendly and respectful, so of course I had no hesitation in calling them the second time. I had the same experience again ,polite people on the phone, appointment made for as early as possible due to circumstances . Service representative arrived next day on time and again friendly and respectful explained problem to me in detail, gave estimate and deal was closed. Within an hour and a half problem solved corrected and finished. No stress to me and knowing job would be done correctly. I will always call this company and recommend to others. Thank you Precision for making life easier and less stressful when unexpected problems occur.

Sam was absolutely amazing! Got scheduled service same day without any issues. This was huge deal for us as my garage wouldn't close leaving our house unsucure. Definitely won't use anyone else for any garage door needs. Had parts on the truck so everything repaired same day.

I've used Precision Garage Door Service at least 2 other times and always have had a good experience with the service. This time was no different. It was Mother's Day weekend and my car was stuck in the garage because my garage door wouldn't open. Precision sent someone out on a Sunday within 6 hours of me calling and fixed the broken springs in a short time. No problem with trying to get me to do more than I could afford to do. In fact, gave me a good discount even though it was a weekend. The service person was especially nice, thorough, kind in his detailed explanation of what he would and could do to repair the door parts and let me make my decision without trying to make me purchase more than necessary. I will no doubt be calling again....I have 3 garage doors to keep in good working order.

Mike was very good and fast service. He explained the problem and checked the whole door. I will request him next time if possible. The service was very expensive for two safety lights at the bottom of the door. Still can’t see 250.00 for the repair.

Precision installed my garage door years ago and have repaired and upgraded it as needed. Today they responded right away (same day) when the door did not go up and down as it should. Technician Chris diagnosed the problem, made suggestions for repair and upgrades to prevent future problems. Much appreciated. He could not have been nicer or more accommodating.

What a great response time to have our garage door serviced. They would have serviced the door on the same day. Our service tech, John Duff explained what our options were and gave us a detailed estimate. All the equipment was installed perfectly and he provided clear instructions for the opener, battery backup, keypad, etc. Excellent install! Thank you!

Christopher Enlow was Great !!! Chris helped me diagnose the issue I had hearing a "cluncking" sound after lots of usage with my door opener. Chris determined that my "rail" needed replacing which resulted in a very quiet and smooth opening and closing operation. Not only that, Chris did a follow-up making sure I did not have any other issues. I feel very comfortable calling Precision Garage Doors and have recommended them to my family, friends and clients! This morning, I was closing the garage door and the roller came off the rail and couldn’t move. I called Precision and the very cordial woman scheduled me for today between 10 to 2. Of course no one plans to be stuck at home and unable to make appointments or run errands. However at 10:30, Cameron with Precision called and was at my home in 10 minutes. He was very articulate, knowledgeable and polite. He explained the problem and showed me too. Once he gave me the estimate and I authorized, he went to work and completed the job. He left 45 minutes later and I had a fully functional door. Thank you for such great service!!

Precision Door has replaced our motor and did a great job. Not only that, they came back a year later when the motion sensor for the light was staying on and they fixed that without charging me. The technicians are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will only call them if I need any repairs with my garage doors.

We had a great experience with Bill our technician. He took time to inspect our complete door and all working parts, he was very thorough. We received a new garage door opener and had the springs and a couple other parts replaced on the door. What a difference with the new opener, very quiet and has update features as well.

I called this morning at 8:30 because I was having issues with my garage door closing. The scheduler was very polite and offered several windows of time that worked my schedule. Lucas arrived ahead of schedule and called to see if that was okay. He listened to the problem, diagnosed the issue and promptly went to work. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Quickly worked to fix the problem and when he was finished asked if there was anything I needed. Overall I great experience and I highly recommend Precision and Lucas!!
