Our repairman, was Christian. He explained everything in detail and after finding out that our system was over 20 years old and the springs and motor were now weak, we decided to opt for a complete new Genie garage door opener. Christian did a wonderful job and made sure we knew how everything worked before he left. Also he made sure everything was clean and tidy. I would recommend this fine gentleman to anyone wanting a garage door repair.

Wayne was the person who show up, and when I got the electric goinghe explained that the door really is too heavy for the motor. He give me options, different price, and that would correct the problem, and I chose what was best for my budget. Called and they came out the same day. Actually in just a few hours from my call. They were well groomed, polite, through and gave me options on what all the door required to prevent problems in the future. They were not a hard sale type and I felt I could trust them in what they were telling me. I made my choices and they began work. I had a broken spring on a double door and a few hinge problems. They went to work and before long I was able to open the door and get my car out. Highly recommend.

Very impressed with the company and staff! My garage door opener quit working and my research and neighbor recommendations pointed to Precision. Scheduling was great and they went above and beyond to address my questions and were transparent about fees charged if I had the call and didn't choose them to do the needed work. They were able to schedule to come that afternoon - Labor Day - and the technician Luke Rose was very personable, professional and clear on what was wrong, and giving me options on what needed to be address now, and what else would need attention in the future. He worked neatly and cleaned up after his work. I highly recommend them.
