Excellent and fast service. Garage door system broke on a Saturday and I called Precision who had previously done work at our home. Within 2 hours of my call Matt and Alfredo were at my door. They determined the problem and defined the fix and costs. About an hour later it was repaired and working well. Both service men were courteous, and professional. We are very pleased with the service experience.

When I bought this home there was a sticker on the garage door for your company. Being new to Florida, I just called your company. My son-in-law said that a spring had broken and I could see loose wires hanging down on the sides of the door. Your technician, Luke, called to let me know when he would arrive and he was right on time. He was friendly and polite. He explained what needed to be done and answered all my questions. He explained the charges and offered a senior discount. He worked professionally and quickly. He cleaned up my garage when he was finished which I greatly appreciated. Precision came out the same day I called. They post pictures of their repairmen for your safety. The person they sent arrived on time with a call ahead. Unfortunately I was not in a position to install a new system at this time. However he provided me a temporary fix enabling me to buy some time before I had to replace everything. I was very pleased with their service

Precision Garage Door always exceeds expectations when they come to check my garage door. The representative today was Michael Freeman as, is always, extremely knowledgable, professional and extremely courteous. ( even in the extreme heat warning given today) The representative has always given the best and most cost effective price on any repair that maybe needed.
