It started with a simple phone call concerning what I thought was a problem. The employee I talked to said she understood and contacted a technician who was in my area. He (Josh) was there in a short time. He looked over my garage door and agreed on my assessment. He corrected my problem installing new hardware and springs. All complete in a little over an hour.

I had the pleasure of meeting Luke. . He is professional, explanatory, kind, patient, I could go on. My experience with Luke was exceptional. He did an impeccable job. He restored life into a door I thought had otherwise seen its last days and I attest it’s better now then the 11 years I’ve lived here leading up to the repairs Luke performed. . A gesture made by Luke that I feel is very important to summarize his person.:: Amazon came while Luke was going to his truck for materials towards the end of the job,at which point I’m sure he was exasperated from working in a hot garage. . The Amazon delivery man was walking with 4 large boxes stacked taller than he could see. Luke seen this and stopped what he was doing to take off the top 2 and walk them inside with me and I was 100% comfortable with him doing so, I felt as though my friend was giving me a hand. . Great guy, incredible work. 8 thumbs up from myself and my children But especially me, knowing I can rest easy With confidence that my garage door is securely in place and my home is safe once again. . Thank you Luke . Shaun

We have used Precision before and the company is extremely responsive and the techs are very professional. Today was no exception. Craig Earle did a great job explaining what we needed to do just to get the opener working again or what we should also consider due to the age of the system including the costs associated with all options. He did a great job. Thanks Craig and Precision Betsy J. St. Pete

On Sun., New Year's day I called to leave a message our door was not working and to my surprise they called back and sent a tech out that afternoon!! Ryan was very pleasant and replaced the motor under warranty but it still did not work, so he replaced it again with a larger motor and it works great!! The service and guarantee of Precision is heads above the rest, and we are spreading the good news to family/friends who may someday need to have their garage door fixed or replaced.

Your service technician, Bryan Stewart, made an assessment of the existing door opener and recommended a replacement which will take place in a few weeks. He was very professional and patient in informing us of options. Great start.

My garage door opener was replaced and done quickly and perfectly by Zack Harrison. Zack was terrific. He showed up 15 minutes early, checked my old opener, discussed my options, replaced the unit and set up the opener in my cars. I strongly recommend Precision.

I have found Precision Garage Door to be quick with their response to send out their personnel. Today I had Jack Stark give me a written estimate for an up-to-date Hurricane Garage Door. He called before his arrival, professional with his work and very courteous answering all my questions. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of the product and I think is a valuable employee to Precision Garage Door.

We have been a customer for almost 10 years. This was the first time we have had Sean Wolf as a technician. It was New Years Eve, first thing in the morning we were given a 12- 4 timeframe. They called at 10 am saying they could come now. Perfect! Who wants to work late on a holiday weekend especially a wet one? Sean was quick and very thorough. And to our happy surprise we were still under warranty. Painless way to end the year. Thank you Precision Garage Door repair for weekend hours and always having reliable employees. Sean gets a FIVE STAR REVIEW.

Outstanding is all I can say! I used you before when a hurricane damaged my door so I couldn’t get out and you there in no time! This time it kept going up and down. It works perfectly all due to your employee! He was polite and so efficient and hopefully I won’t need you any time soon, but good to know your quality of service will always be 100%

Very impressed with your company. I called your office and was told the Technician would be out in a few hours. Luckily he had finished his other job and called me to come earlier. Great communications within your company. Luke was very knowledgeable and started working on our door with broken springs. I was surprised that the truck was equipped with all the inventory of parts to fix the doors. Great inventory management. He got both doors fixed and working properly. Thanks Robert

Your expedient service was fantastic. Logan your technician was excellent, you are fortunate you have such a dedicated and highly skilled man. He was very thorough in explaining all aspects of our new opener. Your business certainly knocks it out of the park, especially in this day and age of poor quality and service. You serviced us in record time from our initial call to completed installation. Thank you
