James listened to my description of the problem with my garage door. Did his own review of the door and came to me and explained what he needs to do to repair the door. Did not try to sell me a new door. Fixed everything about half hour. Excellent professional attitude, I would recommend James to anyone needing a garage door repaired.

Old Precision PDS 4700 Merantec opener suddenly would not close unless the wired wall control was held until the door closed. Serviceman Michael Freeman came and after assessing the problem called the office. They told him to replace the opener with a Genie opener. Michael was very competent and friendly. He replaced the opener and safety sensors and wiring. The new opener works well. The office told Michael to treat this as a warranty repair and did not charge me anything. I could not be happier with this service. Thank you very much.

The springs and opener rail came detached from the garage wall. This required significant repairs. John was very professional and a very good craftsman as this was not an ordinary fix. We are extremely happy with the results and very pleased with the way John handled it.

The tech did a great job. Was courteous and knowledgeable. Took time to explain everything and save me some money with the quick fix instead of buying a new opener. The tenant reports all works perfectly now. I also appreciate that he came out so quickly to take care of us. Paul googled reviews of garage door companies and yours had high ratings. One of my near neighbors has a truck with your graphics that I've seen often so knew the name. Thank you for the great service.

Lots of cos. offer garage doors/openers so it is hard to choose. I am so glad I used Precision. Luke arrived timely, was very nice. Had worked for them for 10yrs. Took his time. Didn't try to "sell" me. And because he didn't try to sell me, I bought a new opener. (Previous co. looked at age of opener and said they would not work on it, only replace it - I said "no" and they charged me $70 for the fun!) (BTW the phone scheduler was very nice too.) Very happy with service and so far (after 2 hrs!) happy with the new opener and other bits Luke installed on the door.

We have been using Precision Door for years when we have had a problem. They come out in an emergency to fix anything that is wrong. May it be late at night. Their tech Chris is an asset to the company with his personality. He explained exactly what caused the door not to work. Thank you, Cris and Precision.

I had used Precision in the past around 2017 for a broken spring on the garage door. It was fixed without issues and the tech was good. So when I was having issues with the garage door motor bringing the door up, tech found the issue and fixed it. Good service, friendly

A previously replaced spring was not holding the garage door open - it would close itself. A call to Precision was responded to quickly and courteously. 2 technicians assessed and tightened spring tension in no time and lubricated both doors. No charge... under warranty Pleasure to do business with and I will continue to use and recommend Precision

I accidentally backed into my garage door before it had fully opened. Made the call and it was such a quick response which was wonderful. Nick was so nice, explained what needed to be done, but he was not high pressure at all. Definitely would recommend your company if someone needs your services. Thank you so much.

I have used Precision in the past and am very pleased with their service. They definitely stand by their warranty, as I had a minor problem a couple of years after the motor was replaced and they came right out. Today, the spring and cable were replaced and the service technician, Craig was very thorough and explained all the issues and the recommended services.

You were here once before and I liked what I saw. This time Charlie S looked at everything and showed us the issue and some potential issues. Based on that conversation we changed the Garage door Opener, and new rollers and sensors that needed to be replaced. He did a great job and we'll be calling you again with any issues we may have.

I called Precision and had an appointment for the next day. They kept me informed and when they had a cancellation called me to see if they could come earlier. I received a call from the Tech Cody, letting me know he was on his way. Cody was very professional, walked me through each quote and told me about how long it would take. HIs work was clean and well organized. He was a pleasure to work with a true asset to Precision. If I ever need service again, I would hope they would send Cody again. Simply the best tech I have worked with.

We have been customers for many years in two homes. As usual Precision acted promptly when a spring broke and made the garage unusable. Chris arrived in the 4-hour time window on a Friday evening, assessed the issue and explained clearly what was needed and the options and costs…without any sales pitches…in a professional manner. We have always been happy with all of the four Neighborly companies we have employed. Bob D.

Wayne Madore was our technician on a Sunday. Not only did he fix our door, but he also educated me on how to take better care of our door. Not many service providers take as much pride in their work as Wayne does. Thank you for the great job. Cheers!!
