Your tech Jim Johnson did a great job on replacing all parts on our 14 foot 50 year old garage door. All the parts needed were on his truck. Professionally done and all I had to do was provide orange Gatorade on a very hot day.Job well done.

This is a very professional company. The work is not cheap, but you get what you pay for. With the replacement parts installed we have a like new garage door. Our technician, Alejandro Gonza, was excellent. His people skills are phenomenal. Precision is fortunate to have him.

I want to thank Precision for a great job delivered today. Through sheer stupidity I backed into my closed garage door several months ago and damaged three aluminum struts (one of which was hanging half off the door). Fortunately I was able to operate the door OK, but I certainly didn't want that aluminum piece to be hanging forever. My appointment window was between 8:00 AM and noon, and John arrived at my house between 8:30 and 9:00. Much to his credit he had all the parts he needed for a full repair, and he replaced the old, rusty rollers. Although he gave me a quote for a replacement door, he didn't push it and confirmed the existing door still has life in it (with the smoother rollers). The repair was done in less than 2 hours, plus I had John install and program a new outdoor remote I had purchased. All-in-all, John was fantastic and I'm extremely happy with the service I received from Precision!

She thoroughly explained each step and design choices. The day of service my BLESSINGS continued with Chris and Jesus. Had any issue with a double garage door. Contacted Precision Door and scheduled an inspection. Received a four hour window and within the hour the technicians ( Bryan and Mike) inspected and diagnosed the problem. Garage Door repairs were made as recommended by Tech, Wesley. He was efficient and explained the reasons for each repair made; Spring, rollers and bearings. He also lubricated all working components on the door and works quietly and like a new door.

This was the worst service call I have encountered in nine years! Not only did the technician not know what he was talking about but he flat out lied. He could not diagnose the problem with my garage door so he proceeded to tell me the only sure solution to the problem was a $699.00 motor. No wonder they can afford so many commercials. Stay away from this company.
