I placed the call, appointment was set-up, and within four hours, a young man named Robert Trotter was ringing my doorbell. He gave me his ID , an estimate and upon acceptance, began his work. I chose Precision because I had used them before with excellent success. I called because my door came down at an angle. They arrived within an hour from the time I called and quickly took care of the problem, I rate their service as a 5 star performance.

I backed into the garage door on Sunday when I left for church. We were not able to close the door. We were so pleased when Chris Johnson was able to put the roller back on the track and the door worked fine again. We had 18year old springs so while he was hear he replaced them. Your door parts(spring, bearings , belts and motor) will last 7-9 years. I got 9-11 years out of mine because I use white lithium lube on it regularly. When the belt goes, the rest is either worn or about to fail. My door received new springs, bearings, belt and motor. It took one hour to replace. The technicians are very knowledgeable, fast and professional. Once they replace everything, you're good to go for another 7-10 years.

I would recommend Precision!! I called on Friday night and they were out at my house the next day at 11:30am. The technician was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was wrong and what needed to be repaired and replaced. I was very happy with Precision.

Outstanding job by Isak. He was extremely professional in describing what issues that needed to be resolved. Went over all the options. He went over what needed to be done to operate what was repaired and what to do to maintain its peek performance. The first contact with the person setting up the appointment to the tech David Crowe was truly five star all the way. I called at about 1:30 pm and was told I would have a tech today between 2 and 6pm. David Crowe was the tech who kept me informed when he would be arriving. He called me once and gave me an idea of when he would be here. then called again giving me fifteen minute to arrival. He arrived as promised and was most professional from the moment he arrived till he left. He asked me what was wrong. He told me that he would figure it out. He then spoke to me explaining what needed to be done and began the work right away. He completed the work and made sure I understood what he had done and how to operate the new equipment. He made sure my door opener worked and my car was programmed correctly too. He also showed me how to lube the system once a year and left me a can of lube. Before he left we wanted to make sure I had no questions and was satisfied with everything. Your company was wonderful and will refer to all my friends and will always use your company.

I had an excellent tech, Kevin C. He went out of his way to install a new motor and provided me with options. As excellent as he was, the customer service was absolutely horrible. I have two homes, and we installed this new door as a safety feature since I often come to this house alone and want to drive right in and close the garage door. I'm a 66 year old woman and feel vulnerable being here alone. When my garage door wouldn't close, my entire house was open to whoever wanted to come in. Two different people at customer service continued to tell me I would have to wait until tomorrow. I explained that my house was wide open and that I could not sleep there exposed, nor could I leave the house wide open and go to my other home. They continued to switch me to other people who told me the same thing. Finally I asked to speak with a manager and pointed out that we went with precision because they provide emergency service. She did manage to find someone, Kevin, who came out within the hour. I spent more than an hour, beginning at 1pm and continuing until 1:50 arguing with customer service that I need it done today. I was very disappointed with the people at customer service, but I do give 5 stars to Kevin C. who was extremely efficient and courteous.

Five Stars all the way! We came home from vacation to find our spring was broken, the door was too heaving to lift manually and we had two cars stuck in our garage. At noon we called the number on the sticker from a previous service call four years ago and there was a technician at our house by 6:30. The tech was Wesley Allen and he could not have been nicer or more courteous. He explained the process, provided the cost options and the work was done within an hour. The process could not have done any better.
