What great service! I arrived home Thursday evening I could not get into my garage since I was in a golf car my car was inside. I called Precision Friday morning and they were at my house around 10:30. The spring broken, the roller was bad and I had broken cables hanging opener itself was shot. The technician explained and showed me everything needing repair or replacement. He was very thorough and competent. I had a new system before 2PM. I would recommend Precision to anyone whether it is an emergency or not.

Talk about timing! I had just seen the Precision TV commercial on the Today show when I found the garage door wouldn't open. Broken spring. I called and was given an appointment within just a few hours. Lucky me, a young man named Issac came to my rescue. He was so polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and patient that I spent twice what I anticipated but with confidence it was a good investment and would ensure years without this problem again. Thank you, people in the office, who authorized Issac to give me exception service at a fair price.

Rate Five Star. Springs and Roller Replacements were done the day after I called. The technician was very friendly and explained my choices in springs and their costs very thoroughly so that I could make the appropriate choice. Everything is working correctly and much quieter than before. I was able to use coupons from Precision advertisement, but mainly used Precision because of great reviews on Angie's List.

We were very pleased with the work done on 1/23/19. We had a major overhaul done on our existing door that included a new opener, springs, sensor, and repairs to the door and it's moving parts. This afternoon I was shocked by the snap of the very large spring/coil and the loss of the motor to my garage door opener. I called Precision and a tech was at my nome in 15 minutes. The problem was extensive and the fix was explained totally in laymen's terms. Bryan worked for several hours and completed the job successfully. Then he told me all about the new machine and reprogramed the remote for the door. The garage was cleaner than when he started. I have never heard a quieter garage door opener. Thank you for being there when I needed you.

Every staff member (sales person - Michele Ferris, customer service gals calling to schedule and confirm installation and Luke -installer) were all very professional and accommodating. James called ahead, arrived on time and was polite, professional and efficient. Diagnosed the problem (old broken opener) and provided several options for replacement he had on his truck. Asked him to check and service other garage door( hadn't been done in many years) and found a weak spring that was straining the opener. He replaced it, lubricated and adjusted it and the door works better than ever. James was patient as I asked questions and made decisions. He even helped program the tricky Homelink device in 2 vehicles, which I really appreciated. I definitely recommend Precision Door and make sure you ask for James,
