We had a short power outage and one of the garage door openers reset. Normally, I could handle this myself but recovering from knee surgery, could not climb the ladder. The Precision Overhead Garage Door field crew came out and in 5 minutes had the garage door working again and refused to take any payment. This was certainly unexpected but demonstrated why I chose them originally to install both garage door openers. Very professional, prompt, and being kind. I was certainly thankful to have the door working again but more impressed by them showing some compassion given my situation. Highly recommended.

Thank you Travis Prescott for the professional clean service. The garage door broke on a Sunday! To our surprise the company was available. They came to the house within a very reasonable amount of time. Travis explained the issue and gave us several alternatives to fix the problem. Within one hour he changed springs, bearings, cables.
