Precision sent out two service men to look at my problem: Brent & John. My problem was the door was opening on its own. They inspected the unit and did not find any problems with the circuit board. So they reset the unit and my openers. They were very professional and very nice. Before they left, they inspected my door, tracks and rollers. My door was in good shape, but one track was out of alignment. And the rollers (original wheel on a metal axel, no ball bearings) were starting to wear. The door was quite noisy and did shake. They did a tuneup on the door and replaced the rollers. I cannot believe how quiet and smooth the whole process is now. Plus, Brent and John were quick and efficient in their work. Precision Door Service has a great crew!

We have never used Precision Door Service before. When we ran into some issues with the door, based on customer reviews and BBB rating we picked your company. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer care. Although the problem turned out to be very minor, it's the overall attitude of the technician and the customer focus that won us over. We will keep Precision in mind when another problem arises or a neighbor/friend has a garage door problem.

Precision installed these doors about 8 years ago and they have worked great. This was a normal maintenance and repair due to a worn reinforcement bracket and lack of my lubrication of the wheels and the bracket.

We are very pleased at the work they did on the garage door. This is the first time since we bought this house in Sept 2014 that it is very quiet when it goes up and down. Usually when I read reviews I assume they are cherry picked to make the company look better. In the case of Precision the kudos were well earned. Service tech showed up faster than promised, explained the situation well, helped me make a decision on which springs to go with and in general was a joy to work with---totally unlike the last company I contacted. I wish I remembered the techs name to give him the personal praise he deserves.

Very impressed with Zack Rago who serviced our garage door this afternoon. He replaced the springs, bearings, rollers and a broken hinge.
