Chris McVeigh was very good except he double charged me. Took a photo of my check for ACH deposit AND cashed my check. Not very happy as I almost missed this double charge. Bank informed me this was fraud. Using Precision for over 20 yrs and thought I could trust them.

We always have received good service from your company. Service techs are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The gentleman here today was very nice and helpful. Although the battery I need is no longer carried, he was helpful in giving me some suggestions to remedy my situation. He was kind enough to spray my spring as it was noisy and it’s hard for me to do.

Had a frayed garage door cable. Called Precision in the morning and received same-day service. The two technicians examined everything, and I ended up replacing the springs as well. I thought the pricing was a bit high, but I have a commercial grade door, and the service was great! I’ll use them again.

Just had my springs replaced. I had every intention to get a quote and shop around. Domenic came and thoroughly explained the issue, He was not pushy at all to get the work done right on the spot. The quote was very reasonable. I felt very comfortable to just go ahead with the work same day. Very pleased with the service, I am happy to experience the amazing customer service I received from Domenic and his assistant. Thank you!!
