We unfortunately ran into our garage door backing out as it was going up! The last thing we needed. It was later in the evening to top it off. I called Pricision and they were able to come the next morning! First time I used them. Luke did an outstanding job!!! He was very nice and professional! Refreshing! We did have to get a new opener because of the damage but he was able to repair the lower panel with new hardware. I also bought a code box for outside. He made sure I understood all the operations of newly installed items. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again in the future!

Very happy with the service. The service rep was prompt, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. We experienced broken springs a few years back and used another company, we were not at all impressed with the service. Today’s repair turned out to be minor and was fixed quickly. I am very pleased with Precision Garage Door. I couldn’t open my garage door due to a broken spring and other failed items . I called the company on Friday night and next day I had my garage door repaired . The technician, John Muller was very knowledgeable and very polite . He did the analysis and explained me all the details giving me three different options for the repair . I recommend the company and the technician.

I called on Friday Aug. 13th 2022 and I explain the issue I was having to customer which was the garage would not go up but the motor was making noise. I explained to her that I could pull it up and I could secure it and that it was not an emergency and she set up an appointment time for the next day Aug. 13th. The service guy called to let me know he was on his way. My service rep. was Charles Sherwood, he was very professional, answered all my questions, very courteous, and finished the job in a timely manner. He explained to me other things I need to get replaced in reference to other parts of my garage. Overall I was very satisfied with the performance. He explained how the equipment worked, and cleaned up. I am so glad I called Precision they truly live up to there name. If you want it done right call Precision! price was very fair and reasonable!

Very quick response when I called next day appointment. The repair person was on time, professional and courteous. The circuit board inside unit for remotes gave out. Now to decide what to do is use garage opener without remotes or replace the whole unit. And the company waived the service fee. Thank you I recommend the company and will use there services in the future.

Robert Trotter called 30 minutes prior upon arrival. Politely introduced himself. Robert was Very Professional and Knowledgeable assessing our garage door problem. Robert gave us his professional advice on repairing our garage door. After replacing 2 cables, 2 springs, 2 brackets, checked all the bolts and greased all areas needed.
