This is the second time we’ve used Precision Garage Doors. As repeat customers, we absolutely recommend them. Chris McVeigh was awesome! He came to our house on a Saturday afternoon and reviewed our options to repair or replace our 12 year old garage door opener. He offered to stay and work on it that night! We spared him of that and he came back the next morning (on a Sunday) and replaced our garage door opener with a shiny new belt drive (amazingly quiet) Genie. I had to leave during the install, and while I was gone, he programmed my husband’s vehicle to the new opener, but when I got home (after Chris left), hubby and I couldn’t get my car programmed. I texted Chris to see if he had any tips, and he CAME BACK and programmed my vehicle. How’s that for service???!!! Super appreciated - thank you so much, Chris!

This organization were quintessential professionals from our initial interaction with sales all the way through customer service to installation. I had a difficult time making a decision on the wood look or a painted door and our sales representative, I’m not sure of her name but I think it was Ashley, was amazingly patient, provided all kinds of places I could ride around to look at ideas, and in the end she gave me some really good advice. The installation was very efficient and the young man was thorough and well versed in providing instructions. No surprise here why Precision was recommended to me by my neighbor and why I feel they are number one, at least in my book! Thank you to all.

Followup diagnostic visit recommended new motor for the garage opener. Once the second tech listened to the motor, remote, sensors, switch all were replaced. Wow you can bearly hear the doors open now. We had a SUNDAY morning service call. We were given followup appointment reminders and updates as to when the tech was on his way. The repair was well within our budget. The tech was informing us thru the repairs and very thorough.

My garage door spring is about to go and the tension is not as strong as it should be so my garage door jerks when opening a closed door, called and they were out the same day and adjusted the closing, they left after explaining what is needed, they sent me an email with a list of what they would replace and price so I can think it over. Probably will have it done a little later and the service man was kind and accommodating.

Best company! I'd give a 10 star!! Had install a complete new system 11 years ago with Precision and the young gentleman was very professional and answered my questions!! Come to find out that my hairdresser's husband also did garage doors----AND he was as the young man who did mine--CARLOS MORALES!! 11 years later Carlos is still working with company!!

Did a good job but on retrospect, it was WAY TOO MUCH MONEY! Almost $5000 ($4809.50) to change out the Genie door opener??? Sorry but that is excessive. Won't happen again.

Milton destroyed my garage door inside and out. After litigation with my insurance there was only enough funds to repair interior of garage and roof. Tyler after reviewing said there was to much damage to exterior. Sadly for me there just is no money to fix exterior first and pay Precision. This amazing company replaced everything interior today for free, as a way of giving back to the community. The funds set aside for them was used to fix exterior. Thank you Precision you blessed a single senior today raising two adopted teenagers.

Precision comes when you call and the tech. arrives the time they say they will arrive. The techs. are professional and explain what they are doing to do before they do it. If you have any questions they answer the question no matter how stupid the question might be. I have been VERY pleased with the installation of my garden door and the fast and efficient follow up.
