Great service. Bryan Stewart was our tech. He called to let us know when he would arrive. We needed a new opener. Bryan presented three options and explained each thoroughly. After installation he went over the controls and even reprogrammed our cars to link with the new opener. Highly recommend both Bryan and Precision.

Complete joke of a company. I got a outrageous quote of $2300 to fix my garage lol. Called a different company and they charger $475 to do the same thing. Straight rip off I cant recommend this company

This was the second garage door opener that Precision installed for me. Brian the tech did a great job and explained all the new hardware operations. Since my wife was not home when he had completed the install he talked me through the setup on the phone for my wife’s car remote opener operation. I will only use Precision for future garage door issues.

Was quoted one price on phone and when tech arrived it was 350 more for same products. I called several other companies and was given MUCH cheaper quotes. My advice is shop around and take your time contractors are price gouging right now and THIS IS ONE OF THEM. Poor business ethics, very poor.

Travis was great. Arrived earlier than we expected, phone before arriving. Pleasant, respectful, and use his mask during the entire process. He was patient and listened to our concerns, thoroughly inspected our garage door problems, then provided us with a clear assessment of the emergent work needed. Travis explained in detail the two options that suited our needs and respectfully accepted our decision. Explained approximately how long it would take to complete the job. Precision has saved me many times throughout the years with repairs, but it was time for a new door! Technician Jimmy Johnson explained the options and process thoroughly. It is evident Jimmy Johnson is knowledgeable, confident, courteous and professional. It is also apparent he enjoys working for Precision Doors which speaks volumes about the quality of the product and organization. I will definitely request Mr. Johnson for service needs! The installation was great as well from Sherman and Jesus. They both are courteous, prompt, and work well together as a team. The area was left spotless. I am incredibly happy with my new door~

I can't believe that the price of garage door openers have gone up as much as they have from December of 2020 to May of 2021. You replaced an opener on my other property in December and when my opener on my house went bad I called your company fully intending to replace this opener. Your Tech Luke came out and gave me options for replacing the opener and thankfully I was sitting down when he gave me the price. I then had him replace the belt and put a new rubber piece on the bottom of the door. Since then I've found another company that would have replaced the opener at a price that was much cheaper than what Precision was going to charge me. Sorry, it looks like you've lost a customer due to over priced service and products.

Baylor was friendly and professional and did a through job inspecting our garage door which was grinding when opening and closing and identified the components that had aged (probably original ones from 1996 when the building was built) and then replaced the springs, cables and rollers to solve the problem and give us a garage door in "new" condition.

I'm a first time customer, I choose Precision because I saw numerous TV commercials in the past several month. The previous company I used several years ago did not do right by us. They installed a cheaper door spring which created a bigger problem for the motor. The service guys who came out Jesse and Bob are amazing, fast, clean work, and friendly. Who took the time to listen to my many questions. Bob took the time to explain the issues with the door, motor, rollers, cable, and barrings. He broken down three options of cost to get the work done. Making the decision was easy with low to zero pressure from the guys. Once installed Jesse took the time to explain and show me how the new system worked. Huge thank you Jesse and Bob.

About2002 I installed Miami-Dade grade windows and doors in my house. I was of course particularly concerned about the garage door inasmuch as that is the largest opening to the house. Precision Door sold and installed an extremely effective door. In 2021 a spring on the door broke. I ended up having the springs, rollers, bearings, and the door opener replaced. It was expensive but the door now works better than it did when first installed. I rusted your technician's analysis and proposed solutions, never feeling that I was being taken advantage of. The refurbisshed syste comes with a 7 year warrenty. I only had 2 or 3 service calls in the original system between 2007 and 2021 so I'm pretty sure the refurbished system will last far more longer than 7 years.

We special ordered a door (color) so it took about 2 months to get the door but when it got to Precision they had installed almost immediately. All new hardware, springs, tracks, etc. Installers were professional, on time, and did the job right. I never knew a garage door was supposed to be quiet! Garage openers were installed and we are very happy with the service. The only thing that was bothersome was the time frame for someone to arrive. A 4 hour window span was rather long to wait when we had other things to do.
