Andy just left a short time ago. I Knew my garage opener was old and I knew I would need a new one, before he even arrived. He called me and was able to come early. He was pleasant and professional. He evaluated the situation and said if he could repair it he would, but said he would be unable to. i already knew this. I mentioned seeing the website and seeing garage door opener advertised and showing it was 1/2 hp for $349 installed. He explained that model and mentioned that it was one he would have to order in, that they do not have those in stock, so I asked him for something comparable. He provided me a quote. i felt it was reasonable. it was an upgrade motor wise, but I know if anything happened to my current garage door, that it could handle a replacement garage door. He was very neat on placement of things and did ask my opinion on the placement of some thing. I greatly appreciated that he respected being in someone else's home and not just running a wire wherever he felt like putting it. The customer is definitely considered. I will plan on doing business with this company and will request Andy for future service.

From the time Josh Hink arrived until he left, it was entirely a pleasurable experience. He was a perfect gentleman and knew exactly what to do. Being as experienced as he was, he went straight to work and diagnosed my repair issues; i.e., new replacement springs, flange bearings and track wheels. Why are your prices on springs and belts so high? On liftmaster web page they are both less than $80.00. Belts were worn out, had to Purchased new springs because tech would not balance door with old springs. “Company Policy”.

Thank you Precision. Your tech John Papas came out evaluated my system and offered me the best possible option and I was very satisfied. Springs and garage door opener were my best options. He was courteous, kind, intelligent, and most helpful and did not leave any debris. All was done to my satisfaction. I will be calling back for my rollers. The best part is that I have a 2-year warranty.

I contacted Precision after reading their reviews on the internet. I was greeted by Tommie, who was very helpful and able to get me an appointment for the very next day. The next morning my technician, Jimmy Johnson, came and assessed my garage door repair needs. Jimmy was punctual, very personable and very knowledgeable. He was able to repair my garage door quickly. My garage door has never worked better and he gave me some much needed instructions on how to maintain the door in good working order.
