I was very satisfied with the service that I received today from your team member Josh. He was very professional and took care of my problem very fast. I am very pleased with Precision and would highly recommend them to ALL of my neighbors. When I asked Josh what I would be charged today he told me that my door opener was under warranty and there would be NO CHARGE. WOW I was expecting that . Your company is AWESOME and I would never use anyone else.

After reading all the positive reviews I decided to call Precision for my repair. Had new springs, motor and rollers replaced. Can barely hear the door open and close now. Also as senior citizens, we can rely on the WiFi app to insure we remembered to close the door.

Initially, I was impressed with the Ad. More impressed when the estimate was given and how professional the presenter was. His vehicle contained all of the sample products easily and professionally displayed. I had other estimates showing me pictures of products--there is no comparison like the real thing. The installers did a great job and were very helpful. A class A job in minimal time. I'd recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for the great job.

Phone agent very helpful in getting someone to fix my garage door. After setting an appointment for later in the day, she phone back and said they had a repairman was just finishing a job and could be available within minutes. Matt arrived within 30 minutes. He was professional and explained what needed to be done before he did anything. Highly recommend Precision for your garage door needs.

To be honest, I thought I was calling the "other" big company. I never had a garage before. My husband said Precision was a big co. So I kept the appointment. Christian Walker was my repair man. My door was backed into. Christian did a bandaid repair and replaced some parts for me to hold me over until I save for a new door. He did a very good job. You don't really notice where the door was hit unless you are looking for it. It should be replaced. He fixed it well. He didn't push any sales on me at all. I inquired about the cost of a few things. I made the right decision.

Excellent service. Problem on Saturday night, and up and running by Sunday, early afternoon. Jordan Tompkins replaced the broken torsion springs and cable winding drums in record time. (At least I think so.) Also adjusted my garage door opener to match the new part's specifications. A little bit pricey, but you definitely get the service for which you pay. Overall, a great repair experience. You can't go wrong with them. Thanks for reading my review. Bill

What a great experience we had with Precision! I called around 8:00 am on Friday morning after discovering our garage door would not open, trapping both our cars inside. With a full day of appointments, it was a bit stressful. I pleaded to try and have someone come as soon as possible and while no promises were made, we had the good fortune to have your technician Jose, call me about 45 minutes later to tell me he was on his way! Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and especially kind and helpful. He diagnosed the problem, made the repairs and we could not be happier with the job he did. It would be a pleasure to refer Precision to family, friends and colleagues in the future, especially Jose. Thank you!!

Brian Harmon was my tech and he was super. Altho the issue I had with my unit (burned out circuit board) was not repairable by him due to parts having to come from another company, he diagnosed the problem and fully explained what was wrong and why it happened. Couldn't have been nicer or more informative. Kudos to you Brian!!

Dino was the technician assigned to our repair. He called when he was 20 minutes away, arrived on time, wore a face mask, and was professional and courteous. He quickly solved the problem of the opener not resetting. Dino's the kind of guy I would want on my team! I've used Precision twice now and will only call them for all my garage door needs.
