I think Precision is a great company. I have had nothing but very good experiences with all employees that I have dealt with. From Andrew that came to give an estimate for a new door, the ladies I have spoken to on the phone to schedule appointments, the two people that installed the new door and today the pleasure of James and Jordan that came to install the door opener. Their patience and professionalism has been exceptional. I appreciate the honesty and kindness that I have received from everyone in this company.

Sean is great. Offered me several recommendations and explained each one. No pressure to select a specific option. He was very thorough as he explained each one and why he recommended it. Very professional. Went over everything he did when he was done. Will definitely use again! Great customer service, one time as advertised!

Jason, my repair technician was running late due to a longer than expected earlier appointment. He very apologetically notified me and kept me updated on when he would come by. Once here Jason made the proper adjustments needed to our garage door. Great service all the way around.

Isak Zenkic was the technician sent by Precision Door Service and he was excellent! He was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, understood our needs and was experienced in replacing the door spring system. He examined the door, thoroughly explained the necessary repairs and discussed optional repairs that would increase the life expectancy of the door system. We were very impressed and completely enjoyed the service he provided. We strongly recommend Isak to anyone needing garage door services.

I called them at 10 pm when my garage door broke. To my surprise, they answered and scheduled a visit for the next morning. They swiftly fixed the garage door and suggested upgrading the motor to better suit my door. As a returning customer, they offered credit for the old motor, making the upgrade seamless. I'm extremely satisfied with their work and will remain a loyal customer. I'll definitely recommend them to anyone in need of this service. Thank you for your exceptional work Travis A Prescott!! Thank you Precision Garage Door Service

Was a repeat customer and was referred by my neighbor who was a customer too. My garage door stopped working and a technician came out the same day I called. The receptionist (customer service representative) was very pleasant and accommodated my request. Nick, the technician, was pleasant and explained everything I needed to do for upkeep of my new garage door opener. I would definitely recommend your company for your services. They are top notch.

I had a scheduled appointment to replace my outside garage remote, as it was no longer working. Manuel Planos came out and explained that everything was okay, it only needed to be reprogrammed due to a past power outage. Manuel was very prompt and professional.

My introduction to Precision was unusual. I found your business as most people would, searching for garage door companies online. After discovering an incorrect phone number listed for Precision on Yelp, I decided to visit your facility. The building I entered just happened to be your main office. I met and informed a very appreciative Carlos of the phone number issue. I was then personally escorted to your Customer Service building, where I explained my need to repair or replace the garage door opener on a rental property. I believe it was Britney who provided a clear set of options and approximate costs. She then arranged for a visit by one of your technicians. Within hours, I was contacted and provided a description of the issue along with three quotes. Within an hour of my approval, I received pictures of the newly installed opener. The short time span from initial contact to job completion was quite impressive. With every interaction with Precision, I met professional and knowledgeable people with the obvious goal of providing quality service. As a result, I would definitely recommend Precision.

We had an outstanding experience with Precision! First, they were able to set an appointment the same day we called. Second, they were flexible when we had to call later to adjust the service window. And, best of all, was working with their service technician, Robert Trotter. He provided detailed and honest assessment of what items needed attention, while clearly explaining each. Absolutely no pressure, but just good information, with solutions offered in order of priority for safety and protection of our property. He was a pleasure to interact with…warm, personable, professional and very hard working. Every detail attended to, leaving us with a sense of assurance in the quality of the equipment and his installation. He is a true credit to his profession and to the Precision company!

I had my garage door and genie opener installed in June 2023. I also chose to participate as a member for one year and I am so glad I decided that option. The outside keypad was installed as a convenience to me, however, it would not work for me several months after it was installed. I called the genie phone number with no results except for me to contact Precision. When I called, the customer service rep. was very sincere and scheduled a service call for the next day. The technician spent 5 minutes and determined I needed a replacement keypad at no charge and it worked just like it was supposed to. No more frustration and it works like it's supposed to. Very happy customer now!

Today I contacted Precision to repair my garage door since the right side spring broke. The lady on the phone immediately answer all my question and schedule my repair. My service expert Michel Beckum called me in advance to let me know that he could repair my door even earlier and I agreed. Michel showed up at my door as a total profesional answer all questions and repaired my door in what a considered record time. The process was smooth and I definitely recommend the company. I will be replacing my door and won’t even look any further. Precision will do it.

This is the 2nd time using Precision and they were excellent both times. Our tech was Isak Zenkic who was very professional and offered an economical solution to our problem. Isak did excellent work and explained everything he did and why. If we have any future garage door issues, we hope Isak gets assigned to us.

It was a pleasure to work with John D. and the Precision team. Incredibly professional and customer focused. They were able to come out at the last minute right before the holiday weekend and address the issue with my door. They provided me with several options to choose from to fix my door and provided second mile service with maintainence/up suggestions and material to keep my door working well into the future. HIGHLY recommend them for any service you may need for your garage doors.
