We always have received good service from your company. Service techs are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The gentleman here today was very nice and helpful. Although the battery I need is no longer carried, he was helpful in giving me some suggestions to remedy my situation. He was kind enough to spray my spring as it was noisy and it’s hard for me to do.

My garage door was stuck open, I called today August 13th, 2025. And they immediately arranged for someone to come out. Jackson was so kind courteous & professional. I received same day service when I heard a bang from the garage door motor upon opening or closing. Door would not come down to the garage floor leaving a small opening. Cameron quickly identified the issue to be the motor on the 10 year old Linear motor. Within an hour and a half, a new Genie opener was installed. This seems to be an upgrade to the previous Linear and is Wi-Fi enabled. Precision will always be my first choice for service and/or replacement.
