Something snapped and our garage door came crashing down. I called Precision and they had someone come over within two hours. By 4 p.m., the technician (David) had repaired the lift system, and now it's working beautifully again. I love the customer service and the reliability of Precision.

Customer service representative that I spoke to on the phone was very professional and got me an appointment for the same day. Within an hour the technician Cheney arrived and fixed the springs on our garage door. All work performed was great. I would have rated a 5 but my spring that was replaced was just over a year old and quite honestly I wasn’t really happy with that. Especially for what they cost. I would have thought that the spring would have lasted longer. But, either way we decided to go with two springs and got the 5 year warranty. Hopefully they will make it longer than that. Thanks for having great employees who really take care of their customers. Both the people I dealt with today were amazing. They both are 5 star rating in my book. But your springs need to impress me before I’ll give the product a 5 star review. Thank you

Had a new garage door motor and parts replaced. My old system was 15 years old. The motor wasn't powerful enough for the weight of the door. Carlos was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did an amazing job paid close attention to details. Would recommend Precision Door Service with Carlos.

Bob arrived at 11:30 AM, quickly diagnosed the opener problem and door failure to open. The system was from 1997 and not up to code for wind resistance and safety. We upgraded the opener, replaced all the hinges, rollers, added torsion springs, braces and electric eye safety systems. The belt drive and door are super quiet! All this work was completed by 5 PM. Great work and super satisfied with new equipment and the tutorial that Bob gave us for its operation. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

We have been OVERHEAD DOOR customers since 2005, 30 years. One of the two springs on the door broke last night. We called soon as OVERHEAD DOOR opened, to be told that the soonest they could send a tech was Dec 4th. We called PRECISION. PRECISION DOOR TECH Doug Surgener arrived right on time, early by a few minutes and checked the system over, discussed what needed to be done and replaced the springs. He was courteous, pleasant, and just plain nice. Great customer service, Doug.

I had the belt go on my Genie garage door opener and called Precision for a quote. Fortunately they had a truck in my area and came by within an hour of me making the call to the office. Quote was very reasonable so I had them do the repair. The technician was terrific. I wish I got his name so I could include it in my review.
