I was going to get quotes with other companies for repairs to my overhead garage door because I was trying to get a better and fair estimate. Precision showed compassion and concern about making sure I was serviced by negotiating a better quote with which I was pleased with. The spring broke on my garage door and my car was trapped inside! Precision responded writhing 4 hours, and fixed the door by adding a new spring and a few other identified issues. I’d recommend them anytime!

The tech arrived early which the company called and asked if he could. He explained the problem to me and told me my options. In the end we went with a new opener and springs( the right ones). The appointment happened the same day I called. Alex, the tech, was very professional and explained what he was doing and updating me regarding the condition of our garage door opener. He used the existing new keypad to sync with the garage door opener and also added bolts to the garage door and the opener.

Jordan Earhart Tech. came in for an inspection regarding my Precision garage door no closing, he indicated it was the motor. The motor, rails and rollers were replaced with new products. We had two garage door motors installed 6 months ago. We were happy with the installation and professionalism from the technician. Unfortunately, one of our sensors broke off, so we needed it to be repaired. They came out the next day and repaired the damaged sensor. The technician was happy to be in and out to fix the problem. Icing on the cake was that it was all covered by the warranty! Thank you for an easy install and repair experience.

I originally called Precision Garage Door because they could come out after hours to fix my door so I could go to work the next day. They were so helpful I had them replace both door openers. A year later I damaged one of the rails. They came right out again and fixed it and would not charge me. Again I was able to not miss work. Today they came right out to check on a noisy motor which needed to be replaced so I wouldn't be locked in. Again no charge because of the warranty. Feeling a bit guilty about not paying for all this service I am having them put some extra cleats on my door when they replace the motor. I have used Precision Garage Door Services a couple of times before today. The service representatives have always been knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Travis Prescott continues that tradition. He performed a "Pre-Hurricane tune-up" on the door, and now it opens and closes more quietly than ever. He even helped me set up an application on my cellphone so that I can open or close the door from my phone! That's going the extra mile. I will definitely continue to call Precision Garage Door Services for my garage door needs.

My Genie Garage Door was at least 30 years old, so I got my money’s worth! However, I wasn’t prepared for how expensive a new one would cost!! If it wasn’t for your policy of breaking it up into 5 different payments I would be getting out of my car to raise and lower my garage door! There is no way I could have paid for it all at once! Both technicians were outstanding and finished the job in one hour! That must be some kind of record!! Thanks guys! Great job!! ??

The ladies in the officer are always courteous and professional. Precision showed up in the time frame given with a phone call when they were enroute. We had purchased a new door and opener a couple of years ago and were very satisfied with the service and end result. Today the keypad stopped working and when I tried to reset it the door started acting strange. Nicholas arrived with a smile and a handshake and I immediately liked his personality. He listened to what I told him happened and he fixed it right away while explaining to me what was going on. While we were talking he noticed the trim was drooping without me even saying anything to him and he grabbed his nail gun and fixed it. My wife had asked me to bring the loose molding to their attention and I had forgot, so Nicholas saved me from having to answer for that one. :) Nicholas was a great representation and reflection of the company.
