We had a motor explode on one of our garage doors. We knew we needed both doors and motors replaced (original to the home - 25 years old). A technician came out and gave us an estimate on the repairs and advice on the current state of our doors. The next day they send out a consultant to measure and quote new doors and motors. We accepted their proposal and they were there the next morning and replaced a single door and a double door (both oversized) in three hours and 15 minutes. Unbelievable!!! I was so impressed with how fast they were able to get us a quote and at the speed of the installation. I was amazed at the pricing. Everyone was so professional and efficient. I wouldn't recommend anyone but Precision!

Chris M. Was. Great and professional. Would recommend. Update. Decided to get an entire new system due to a suspension cable snapped and failed to fully open the garage door causing damage. Was it pricey.....yes, however pretty pleased with the new set-up. Would highly recommend.

I called with concern about my springs functioning properly (it sounded like an earthquake when my garage door was opening). The tech was to my house in under two hours from the call! He had all parts on his truck and did a GREAT job with repair and maintenance. He showed me how to maintain the door and what to look for. He even recommended a new part to fix a dent that was in my garage. He put it on and the dent popped out. Overall a GREAT experience and I recommend this company

Had a problem with an old Genie garage door opener. Found that the motor was bad and had to replace it. The technician was very professional and personable and represented Precision perfectly. He didn’t hesitate to replace the opener and rollers right on the spot and cleaned up after all work was completed. The great thing is his work was warranted for 5years.
